1. Subscription Model
LeadsForce360 operates on a B2B subscription-based model with:
Quarterly / 6-Month / Yearly plans
Optional paid trial
Service-based pricing
Per-user licensing
2. Trial Payments
Trial access may require a non-refundable trial fee
Trial payments are not refundable under any circumstances
Trial cancellation stops future billing but does not refund trial fees
3. Paid Subscriptions
Once a paid subscription is activated, no refunds are issued for:
Partial usage
Early cancellation
Unused features
Downgrades
Subscriptions remain active until the end of the billing cycle.
4. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel subscriptions anytime via:
Admin dashboard
Support request
Cancellation stops future billing. Access continues until the current billing period ends.
5. Razorpay Payment Failures
Failed or incomplete payments result in:
Subscription remaining inactive
Temporary access suspension
LeadsForce360 is not responsible for bank or gateway failures.
6. Exceptional Refunds
Refunds are issued only if:
A duplicate payment is charged
A technical billing error occurs
Payment is confirmed but service is not activated
All refund decisions are at LeadsForce360’s sole discretion.
7. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
Refunds are credited to the original payment method
8. Add-On Services
Add-on services once activated are non-refundable
User count upgrades are billed immediately and are non-reversible
